allogeneic natural killer (NK) cells isolated from peripheral blood leukapheresis of individual donors. The cells are co-cultured in media containing interleukin 15 (IL-15) and nicotinamide (NAM, niacinamide) with expansion enhanced by the presence of feeder cells. The final cell population consists of 97-99% CD3-CD56+ NK cells, with >10% expressing CD16 (also known as Fc?RIII) and CD62L (also known as L-selectin) and with capacity to degranulate (surface expression of CD107?
