Ratings are opinions, not recommendations. Floatz ratings are statements of opinion about the scientific risk of biotech assets as of the date they are expressed. They are not recommendations to buy, sell, hold, license, partner on, invest in, or make any decision regarding any asset, security, or company, and they are not investment, financial, legal, medical, or scientific advice.

Based on public information; no audit. Ratings are derived from public sources believed to be reliable. Floatz does not perform an audit and undertakes no duty of due diligence or independent verification beyond the public information used. Floatz does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any information or rating.

No fiduciary relationship. Issuance of a rating creates no fiduciary or advisory relationship between Floatz and any user or rated entity.

Use at your own risk. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions and should conduct their own diligence. Floatz disclaims liability for any loss arising from reliance on a rating to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Methodology and versioning. Each rating is stamped with the methodology version under which it was produced. Methodology is published and may change; ratings may change as evidence or methodology evolves.
